ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
This 2.5 hour workshop is aimed at two things:
1.Teaching you tools to deepen your backbend practice in a safe and liberating way. We will work in ways that encourage you to find a "lift" rather than a "bend" within your heart-opening asana, seeking spaciousness in your spinal postures and allowing for greater freedom of movement in the lower and upper back regions.
2. Teaching you how to use yoga postures to find relief from spinal compression and discomfort, focused specifically on strengthening the muscles of the spine and your core. Yoga props, key queues for alignment and intelligent sequencing should see you leaving this session with a lumber on its journey to liberation from pain, tightness and tension.
Props, rolls, fun sequencing, sweaty and juicy poses along with playful heart-warming postures are awaiting you in this session.
Perfect for beginners & advancing yogis.
