This 75-minute session is aimed at teaching you how to use yoga postures to find relief from spinal compression and discomfort, focused specifically on strengthening the muscles of the spine and your core. Yoga props, key queues for alignment and intelligent sequencing should see you leaving this session with a lumber on its journey to liberation from pain, tightness and tension.
Perfect for beginners & advancing yogis.
Although these two workshops are designed to work together, it is not mandatory to attend both. Advanced booking is recommended.
The workshop would be a two part, 3 hour Lumbar Focused workshop, taught in two separate sessions paid for individually or R390 for both.
