ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
This workshop, will encourage you to use the tools learned in part one, to deepen your backbend practice in a safe and liberating way.
This session begins with a strong sequence to warm up the muscles, focusing specifically on core and spine strengthening postures. We will work in ways that encourage you to find a "lift" rather than a "bend" within your heart-opening asana, seeking spaciousness in your spinal postures and allowing for greater freedom of movement in the lower and upper back regions.
Props, rolls, fun sequencing, sweaty and juicy poses along with playful heart-warming postures are awaiting you in this session.
Although these two workshops are designed to work together, it is not mandatory to attend both. Advanced booking is recommended.
The workshop would be a two part, 3 hour Lumbar Focused workshop, taught in two separate sessions paid for individually or R390 for both.
