ABOUT THE WORKSHOP
This playful 2.5 hour Be Strong Intensive will lay firm foundations for an inversion practice for the newer student, and allow those whom already have an advancing practice to take theirs a notch up.
This will be a dynamic session, sequencing will focus on creating core connections, mobility work for the shoulders, activations from feet to hands and playful ways of using both the wall and blocks as props and preparation for your inversions.
The Be Strong Intensives are a workshop-style class, that promise to take you deeper within your Asana practice and personal growth, both on and off your mat.
