online set up

A few easy steps to take:

  1. Book your session by making payment and sending Proof of Payment. 

  2. Download the conferencing app via Zoom.us for your table, PC, Mac of phone.

  3. 30 minutes before class start time, please go check your emails. You will be receiving your virtual invite and password to the "conference". I will also send you a Spotify playlist for the class.

  4. Have your yoga mat and streaming device ready 5 to 10 minutes before the class start time. Bring along any yoga props you may need and I will always mention if there are any other special elements to have for the specific class, eg. socks, a wall, blankets etc.

  5. Please turn your sound off (mute) in your Zoom-app and remember to turn your phones off too as it's time to relax. You are most welcome to keep the video on, it feels more like a community/class when we can see each other. And I love seeing you. Say hello once the class is finished if you wish so. Or turn it all off (video and sound) as we go into Savasana and enjoy that quiet space for as long as you like.
