My teaching is influenced by many styles, especially: Iyengar, Vinyasa and Ashtanga, combined with mobility work and some inspiration from dance – but it is my deep love for Forrest Yoga that shines through in all of my sessions.

Classes are dynamic, intelligently sequenced, strong and very grounding, with an air of lyrical agility and fluid softness. 

My students are continuously encouraged to tap into their own inherent strengths – both physical and emotional – guided by breath, spirit and laughter, when the time comes.
